Connecting

I have spent the summer gardening, playing golf and writing a paper on my work and its evolution into the Art of the Bull's Eye. I think people involved in the change business...that's consultants, managers, and CEO's would find it interesting. I don't know that I have done justice to each perspective but it has been an incredible journey that connected pieces of the past together in a formal sense that I had never really worked through. I use 3 of my clients (Rhodia (chemicals), Indalex (aluminum extrusion) and Sapa Heat Transfer, as case studies in which I describe the evolution of my consulting process. I will be publishing on this site in about 2 weeks. I would like to get feedback.
